  • Support the development and maintenance of the HV Power and OHLE related sections of O&M Concept Documents, including aspects related to the SCADA System
  • Ensure that the HV Power and OHLE related information of the concept documents is properly translated into O&M Needs and subsequent Project requirements
  • Ensure that the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) specification and subsequent design of the HV Power and OHLE meets the expected system performance
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Works Packages HV Power and OHLE Specification and Design to ensure the Operator requirements are met
  • Review, provide input, and challenge the HV Power and OHLE reliability targets with the Alliance partners
  • Contribute to the Safety in Design meetings involving HV Power and OHLE design
  • Ensure a seamless integration of HV Power and OHLE with other sub-systems and review all interfaces involving HV Power and OHLE
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement HV Power and OHLE improvements based on operational requirements and strategic objectives
  • Support the O&M readiness team with the delivery of HV Power and OHLE related O&M maintenance procedures
  • Collect and provide asset information to the asset management teams as per the asset management schema
  • Own the Lifecycle Cost (LCC) assumptions for the franchise period and ensure they are improved through the design phase
  • Maintain documentation of HV Power and OHLE maintenance procedures, and participate in reviews, audits, and inspections as required
  • Review HV Power and OHLE completion and handover artefacts, and define/manage Technical Assistance support as required
  • Support in the development of the TLX Electrical Safety Management System
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting public transport systems, proactively addressing any implications for system operations and compliance
